FAQs
Will my dog actually use it?
Most dogs take to it right away. Place it where you want your dog to go, let them investigate, and the soft, familiar surface does the rest. Puppies and senior dogs adjust especially fast. If your dog has been using disposables, give it 24–48 hours to fully switch over.
Does it really not leak?
Yes. Under the absorbent top layer is a waterproof backing that stops moisture from seeping through to your floors, carpet, or furniture. The core pulls liquid down and locks it in, so the surface stays dry to the touch.
How do I wash it?
Just toss it in the washing machine on a normal cycle, then tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Skip the fabric softener and bleach. It's built to handle 300+ washes without losing absorbency.
Is it chew and scratch resistant?
The reinforced surface handles everyday scratching, digging, and nibbling far better than thin disposable pads. No product is fully chew-proof, but Rightspot™ holds up to normal daily use from active dogs.
Will my house smell?
No. The absorbent core traps liquid and odor at the source instead of letting it sit on top, so your home stays fresh between washes. Regular washing keeps it performing like new.
How many pads do I need?
Most owners choose a multi-pack so they can rotate: some down, some clean, some in the wash. Placing pads in a couple of spots — near the door, the bedroom, the living room — means your dog always has a clear place to go and you never wait on laundry.
